Thank you all for calming the panic. Leave it to Trump and his lackeys to jump out with total misinformation on the SCOTUS rulings. I should know better by now. It is reassuring to know that there are positive pathways forward...and that you are already on the job. Love your enthusiasm and energy. On a positive note, the ENTIRE Supreme Court is not corrupt. Thank goodness for Justices Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson…they always show where the actual corruption lies. I feel sorry for them; to do their jobs they have to work with people they KNOW are self-serving, deceitful, and corrupt; they are real warriors for our legal system…so glad we at least have them.
Thank you for the class action suit you announced! Without people like you who love the ideals of America we would be doomed. I can't express my gratitude enough.
Since Trump has already announced that he won the Birthright citizenship case. We know that's not accurate with your exemplary explanation. I know you mentioned this administration cannot take action for 30 days. Since this administration never follows the law, I have a question for you. Here's a scenario for you.
ICE comes to your home and states that we must prove we're an American Citizen by proving that our parents were here legally when we were born. If you cannot prove this fact, how do we go about protecting ourselves? I'm sure we have millions of people in America who fit this scenario.
Figment, I've been hearing quite a bit about Melania's Immigration status, about coming in with an Einstein Visa. Jasmine Crockett brought this up during a congressional meeting. She stated that Melania does not meet the criteria for this type of Visa, but of course, we know it was bought for her. This is a great question. I do not know Ivana's history either. It would be something to look into.
Here's some information for you regarding the Einstein Visa:
The "Einstein Visa," officially known as the EB-1(a) visa, is an employment-based immigration visa for individuals with "extraordinary ability" in their field. To obtain it, you must demonstrate exceptional talent, commitment to continuing your work in the U.S., and that your presence will significantly benefit the country. Unlike some other visas, the EB-1(a) does not require sponsorship from a U.S. employer.
A person who comes to mind that might fit these criteria is Musk. I know, I know, I don't care for him either. He does have great ideas with technology and his electric cars. So, we can give him credit for those.
OMGosh!! Just before I clicked play, I said to my husband, a retired lawyer, the resistance and advocacy groups should file class action suits to scoop in everyone who’s affected. Sure enough, YOU ARE ALREADY ON IT, Norm, Katie, Jen, et al!!!! I think I shoulda gone to law school so I could fight the good fight alongside you … 😉
Thank you, thank you, thank you for taking the legal fight against the lawlessness of Trump and his band of democracy busters, including the SCOTUS majority! Your brilliance and resolve to protect our constitutional rights and the vulnerable among us brings hopeful tears to my eyes! 🙏🏼⚖️
I love your work, folks. You’re amazing in your analysis and explanation. Thanks for everything that you do, and the expertise you bring the legal view into a comprehensive focus. It’s great!

What about Barron Trump? Wasn’t Melania a non-citizen when he was born?
Don’t know Ivana’s history, but was she a citizen when her three were born?

Thanks for the information. Of course she doesn’t meet the criteria but what does that matter?
From what I had read, Musk came on a student visa but then never attended school. He was an illegal migrant as well.
Thank you for fighting for Democracy!
Good to know we have you to report facts instead of hearsay!💙🇺🇸
Thank you!!!! So happy to fund our fight for democracy!!!
Thank you for clarification. You are the best.
