An amazing resource on this proposed mega-merger between Paramount and Warner Bros. is the brilliant Gabriel Lezra with whom I have the privilege of working at democracydefenders.
This deal is NOT a done deal and with the lawsuit brought by the State Attorneys General to block the merger, the legal issues won’t be resolved until at least March of 2027, which poses a very big and very real financial penalty on Paramount to the tune of more than $1.2 billion.
