I so hope there will be actual consequences. I'm tired of courts just giving everyone one more chance, a little more time. I realize competent judges are being sure they do everything jsut right but wow it sure seems there are no consequences... maybe 3 people who worked for trump have been disbarred when possibly every one has broken the law and should not be allowed to be licensed to practice law (and then there are the doctors who voted for rfk..what about their oath to do no harm...they should all have their medial licenses revoked as they collectively did way more harm that any one of them could have done on their own).

I'm not sure what quality it is that enables a person to feel shame (perhaps decency?) but not one GOP member of congress has it. I personally cannot get over holding women to a higher standard than men (and school teachers for that matter...I just expect more goodness out of them..I investigated child abuse for a living and was always greatly saddened when the perp was a teacher) when it comes to decency and I continue to be even more disappointed in all the GOP women who feel no shame in supporting a pedophile and a party that has done and continues to do so much damage to women and children.
