Hello; Ms Fang & Joyce wondering why despite who has been in office politically, that US government docs have been used to allow for the rape and sexual trafficking of girls/women developed in approx late 1950's the McDowell Rape Checklist by USAF OSI agent. The checklist 57 questions weighted yes and no questions between .05 and 5 points each response. Victim MUST score below "zero" to be considered telling the truth they were raped. I have the checklist which is impossible to pass. This checklist was legitimized in the US Congress subcommittee on Sex Abuse of Minors in 1985 and taught to prosecutors and law enforcement across the US. Most of the guys on the subcommittee were the same on the Anita Hill hearing. I would also like to know why US military sex trafficking cases of 1980's on have been silenced under pervert code words of "zero tolerance" which is code for go after all victims and abuse them. The abuses in the US military was not just rape, although these crimes are never just the crime. The abuses that were occurring were repeated druggings, kidnappings, false imprisonment for days, torture/hypnosis aka "programmed fun", for gang rapes, sex trafficking to visiting dignitaries, foreign and US diplomats, foreign and US military to include generals, foreign and US Executives of companies throughout Europe and defense contractors, military members and selected spouses (yes, just like G Maxwell & J Epstein, politicians, local military facility members and foreign civilians, etc. It did not just stop at sex trafficking but also forced porn of shattered victims of which women Captains shattered were named "bitch of the base" before leaving base/Wing victims were forced as officers into red dresses & red stiletto heels known as "c*m f*ck me shoes", our flight caps were also called "c*nt caps". Any mandatory report on these bases were involved in abusing, retaliation and the sex trafficking. As I was told by one member of the pervert team in 2006-2010 over 200 military victims per base, 100 shattered victims for NCO club and 100 for officers club. with more in the shattering queue. I resigned my commission honorable due to the widespread corruption in all the military branches in 1992 as 2, 4 7 8 year oldest and their mother was brutalized and I was ordered repeatedly to not stop these crimes. Nationwide 81% of women reported some form of sexual harassment &/or assault in their lifetime. Add to that how many were unreported. Men in the service by the very nature of their job need to be impeccable, they should be DEFENDERS of not only the country they serve but all women in it.
How many rapists have a college degree, or any higher education? What on earth did their mothers teach them? In the end it’s a female problem but raising boys to be respectful is both parents’ work.

Senator Tillis & Senator Cornyn are accepting the unenforceable scrap of paper with a breakable promise to trash the slush fund, but leaves the tax amnesty clause in, so the head of the White House crime syndicate, along with his clan, can keep ripping off the government by not paying taxes and given immunity for all his future financial crimes..
